I was put in the support group of contributionary Esa in April 2016 although they did not say how long, i have a very complex medical condition and think that the regulation 35? Put me there which does not stand any more. I don’t know what to do if I am refused on next review, please advise

When you received your decision in April 2016 did you request a copy of your ESA85/85A? This would have given details of the length of the award. Reassessment is usually within three years, but there are members who have gone longer than this due to backlogs. Your reassessment will be the equivalent of a new claim and you should make full use of ESA guide which explains the current criteria to be placed in the support group
