DLA N.I CONTRIBUTIONS was created by netcoach177
Could someone please tell me if a person receives DLA both components at higher rate, are they paying N.I contributions? and are N.I contributions paid on DLA? this person does not receive ESA and is not working (spouse works) so no entitlement.

DLA (and PIP), are not "working" benefits so no NI Contributions or Credits are paid with them.
