benefit fraud

Hi, I sent my interview under caution to yourselves a couple of days ago. Have I done something wrong that it cannot be shown? Also, it is almost a year ago since interview took place and although there was no evidence to show fraud how do I know if the case is closed ? I know the person who reported me will continue to report until she sees if anything has been done and I have lost my benefits. I feel as though I am being watched all the time so I am afraid of going out.
