I have been on ESA for 13 years Support Group CB.I have received ESA50 form through.Since last assesment I have 4 further conditions diagnosed and am now under investigation for possible mesh erosion into urethra. So Im not getting stressed by all this paperwork .I have all the medical letters and if they take me out of support group I'll fight it.I am living with a ticking timebomb inside me with this godforsaken mesh!!Even the medical profession don't know what to do about it so how will the assessor have a clue.

You will need to explain on the form what the impact is, however, you will only score points by showing that you meet the legally defined criteria, so don't stray from this.
