Last weeks news - nobody worse off

Can i just ask as i have not seen anyone asking the same question with regards to nobody worse off due to last weeks news. Do you no about people who are already worse off. I lost all my awards last year ie high mobility and care component. Upon mandatory reconsideration i got my high mobility back but they would not reconsider the care component which i had been receiving for over 15 years which i got awarded by going before a tribunal. Do you no if everybody who has lost an award would be having the claim looked at again as i am worse off. Hope you can answer please if you no.

The DWP are looking at previous claims in regard the Going Out activity only, if your issue is with regard to the Daily Living component then I would not expect them to revise your award.
