Recorded/Signed mail to DWP was created by Ray H
When sending documents to DWP either pip2 applications, supporting evidence etc or any other mail. Is there actual anyone (human) there to sign for the documents or is it just a PO box ?

Regards Ray

If you send information using a post that requires signature then someone will actually sign, but not for the individual letter it will be for the whole delivery.

Thanks for that...I had visions of them sitting in a big pile awaiting collection from a DWP employee which could lead to some late returns going over the deadline..

I’ve always sent my forms by recorded delivery/signed for after my first DLA application was ‘lost’ and I missed out on over three months money while they kept just saying ‘wait a bit longer’.
If you follow up the tracking, then at least you have proof that the forms are there.
