Pip question

Hello
I am waiting for my pip claim form to appear in the post, but I have a query.

I started suffering from anxiety 8 years ago and have been up and down since with some CBT in the middle. The only thing is that I am now severely anxious with depression and have been since the new year.

In the section in the firm's about my illness, do you think I should mention that I have suggested for years or just focus on this year as it is currently at its worst.

So PIP is primarily interested in the previous 3 months and the following 9 months, so you need to concentrate of this aspect first beyond that I would be led by whatever diagnosis letters that you have.
