I am 64 and 8 months, I have been given an ESA50 04/17 to fillin plus my GP has been sent a form to fill in. As I qualify already for enhanced DLA payments is this normal as I retire at the end of June !

I'm afraid we have seen this several times before, you can try contacting the DWP to see whether the reassessment can be cancelled, but if it isn't then you have no choice but to complete and return the form. Failing to do so would likely mean your ESA will be stopped a couple of years before you reach State Pension age.
