Hi
i have got my appeal at the tribunal in 3 weeks time. i need to advise. i did not score enough points with dressing and undressing. i need help with the buttons on my sari blouse (I wear my traditional dress on daily basis) have shaky hands, when I hold something in my hand(s) it is more noticeable. when I home assessment I was told to pass the passport (which was on the table next to me, but my husband took it from my hand and passed it to the lady) it was only few seconds and could not be noticed of the tremor in my hands. She wrote in the report that "I was able to maintain a power and pinch grip and there was no evidence of any tremor in my hand ". What does this mean? How can I explain this at tribunal?

Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explain where everything is
Welcome to Benefits and Work
In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ
My full name is showing, how can I stop it?
A pinch test is where you squeeze the assessors fingers! Was this done?
A pinch test may indicate strength in your hands but not necessarily your ability to deal with small objects such as button, so this would be a good starting argument.
Does your condition change? Are there some days when you can handle your buttons and others when you can't? On the days that you can't manage how do you do them up? Would an aid help you to do up the buttons?
How many points did you score in total?

Hi
A pinch test was not done at the assessment. My husband helps me the buttons on daily basis, and I was awarded 0 points.

Did you tell the DWP about this when you requested your MR? You certainly need to raise it at the Tribunal.
