Got the letter this morning with new rates indefinitely,£59.75 high mobility,£22.65 lower care component.I live in Scotland,i have just returned the ESA form and am mixed up now.Will ESA form be used for my DLA & Care Component?.If I am entitled to high mobility low care then one department doesn't know what the other is doing.I have been on Invalidity since 1994 and Mobility since 2007,any help would be good as my head is done in. PIP and ESA have different criteria, even where there are areas of overlap the actual Descriptors that you are assessed against are still different. A PIP report can assist with an ESA claim but you must explain the relevance because it will not be immediately obvious.
