Hi I have been refused a request to have a home WCA due to insufficient evidence, despite my GP writing a letter explaining the reasons why I am unable to travel to the assessment centre and cannot wait in the waiting area. How do I go about appealing this decision?

This is not an appealable Decision, my guess is that your GP did not provide sufficient reason in their letter as to why you cannot attend at Maximus's offices, their letter must be unambiguous about your ability to attend, any use of "may" or "could" or similar words will undermine the letter. Also if you have indicated on the form that you do activities such as shopping or visits to your GP or local hospital then you are unlikely to get a home assessment.
So I would go back to your GP to see whether they can provide a more suitable letter.
