Face-to-face at home?

This topic is now closed but I just wanted to send and update - I should have done it sooner. My Dad received a three year award, and at full rate (an improvement from last time around). His condition is degenerative so will not improve, so it's a shame he'll have to go through all this again in three years, but his condition was acknowledged so we cannot complain. This of course is all thanks to your ongoing support. Your service is invaluable to the vulnerable people that need it most. Many thanks.
