Hi I am new to posting in this forum. I have just received my response from my PIP appeal and they are using the case of SSWP v MMcK as a means to appeal my mental health. (Severe anxiety and Agoraphobia)
Please can someone help me understand this case l?

The case is about the definition of "Social Support" and whether this can be provide by a family member rather than a trained support person.
