Hi I’ve heard that when we have to phone for pip forms we have to give bank account numbers . Is this true ? I thought we weren’t supposed to give bank details over the phone .

Yes you will. I'm not aware of any reason not to provide this information over the phone. You will have initiated the contact with the DWP. I would be more circumspect, if they had contacted you.
