Serco Telephone number

Can anyone let me kow the official Serco phone number regarding SMI interview. Their overall nuber thay dont answer. My representative has spoke to them twice regarding the interview, the first person he spoke to said that we needed to book a time for the interview, the second said that we dont need to book a time for an interview and we can ring anytime. Regarding heir levele of competency which seems just about as bad as the dwp i really need to know which version is true as my representative has to tavel over 100 miles to take part in the interview because of my disability and inability to disuss business on the phone. i presume that they just want me to say that igive authority to act on my behalf, or could this be done by email. I have also emailed them but just like the dwp they do not reply to emails. many thanks John

Unfortunately I can't seem to find that letter would you be able to posted on the forum or email or private message me with it please Gordon wonder how you got on with your similar situation whether you needed to book an appointment on that day could receive your call at any time thanks for your help
