Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

If you contact the Tribunal Service they should be able to tell you current wait times for your local venue.

Hi Gail,
I applied for PIP in mid September 2017 and I am still waiting for an appeal date, I called the courts 2 weeks ago and was told the waiting time is now 35 weeks ! so another 32 weeks to go!
I will be representing myself when I eventually go to the courts,
You can accept an appeal date at short notice if you specified that in your appeals form,
If you didn't then just phone the courts up and tell them you would accept a date at short notice (you still get at least 14 days notice) if you are willing to accept that, they will ament your form there and then.
its a waiting game for us all but eventually our turns will come so we may as well stick with it !
good luck
steve
