So what does "Involuntary evacuation" actually mean? I get the "involuntary" bit meaning i didn't plan for it to happen or something on those lines but it's the "evacuation" bit that gets me. I have read some cases from the past and remember them talking about totally emptying your bowel or bladder, or just a small % of it (but then again who knows if you have pooped everything or not), also does it matter if you let everything go at once or if you just constantly leak all the time.
There's no clear definition but you should assume it means a significant release of urine or faeces but not necessarily a complete release, an amount unlikely to be contained by incontinence pads, so not a dribble of small show. Nor does it mean over a period of time, the argument will be that there is time for a claimant to deal with these issues before they become more serious.
