Sorry to ask again - the award is for 5 years, what happens then? Do we have to claim again? If so is there usually a F2F or is it just a form? Kind regards Lindsey
If it is a five-year award then I would expect you to receive an AR1 review form one year before the award ends. There's a copy of the form in the PIP section but be aware that the DWP appear to be updating it.
