ESA 12 months up. Just been told no more money at all. I know i cant claim some benifits because my wife works more than the allowed hours. Do i not even get JSA?

You may be able to make a new claim for ESA(CB) as well as a claim Contributory JSA (for six months), providing you can meet the Contribution Conditions, your ESA will provide partial cover but you will need at least 26 weeks of NI Contributions (not Credits) in one of the two Tax Years 2015-16 or 2016-17.

Oh, i have requested the ESA income related as specified in the letter. This was not explained to me though on the phone. I ended up spending 1hr and 30mins over 2 calls. Greatly stressing me out.

Sorry but I am a bit confused, you said in your first post that you could not claim ESA(IR) due to the number of hours your partner works?

Hi, it does look i have read it wrong. It looks like i am unable to receive anything. Can i not have a another medical as its been over 12 months since the last one. I am worse now since i had my previous medical.
