My full name is showing, how can I stop it?
If there has been an improvement in your care or mobility problems resulting from the operation then you are obliged to contact the DWP, doing so will result in you being invited to claim PIP.
If you believe that there has been no improvement then you do not need to contact the DWP, but they may make assumptions on your capabilities if they become aware of the operation and this may disadvantage you, so be very certain that you that you do not need to contact the DWP.
