Hi Team Am I following the correct procedure to ask a question? Could you advise me if you have heard of anyone having their tribunal cancelled on the day whilst sitting in the room waiting for it to start? Apparently, the judge was taken ill and they had no replacement. Also, does anyone know if I will have to wait a long time for another date?
Yes this happens, it is unavoidable as all of the panel have to be available for a hearing to take place and a panel member cannot be substituted as they will not have time to review all of the documents for the case.
