Got medically discharged from Royal Air Force 32 years ago .Been unfit for work since and was originally on incapacity and Dla . Having had medical assesment for esa and thanks to a total shambles of a report from health professional have to make appeal . Do you send further evidence with application for take it with you on day ?

Any submission or additional evidence that you want to use for the appeal must be with the Tribunal Service no later than seven days before the hearing.
