Lost paperwork. I am interested in if any other members have had documents lost by the Mail Opening Unit (DHL) or the DWP and if it was found at a later date? I sent my PIP form back recorded delivery and it has been lost. I have been told by DWP Case Officer that sending stuff recorded delivery is asking for problems as the MOU is automatic and done by bar coding if it requires a signature because it is recorded delivery it is taken out of automatic system. Then there is a problem getting it back in the system and they are invariably lost.
