Hi, PIP home assessment has been cancelled a second time, first was cancelled 5pm the day before. Second one scheduled for between 10and 12am a week later but was cancelled at 10.15am on the day. Illness of assessor the reason given both times. Can you advise please whether I'll be given the 7days notice for a re-scheduled appointment? So far a week has gone by and not heard from Atos as yet. Last rescheduling happened with phone call within a day or two. It's disconcerting to say the least! Read somewhere that they double book some appointments for their 'flow of appointments' in case of client cancellation, but then have to cancel some themselves? Thanks
