The DWP telephoned and made us an offer, if we dropped the tribunal. The compromise is that we would not get the mobility allowance but we get an enhanced PIP and carers allowance. This Work and Benefits site was like a road map for us. We did the driving, but we got the directions from this site and this forum. Thanks.

You can accept the offer and then request a new appeal for a higher award.
