Hi, My initial ESA award which was granted from 10th June 2016 is about to come to an end, should I expect a new ESA50 to land any day soon ? might they skip the ESA50 and ask me to a new F2F ? or might they just give me a new two year award ? how do these things normally pan out ? There's no legal requirement for an ESA50 to be issued nor is there a requirement for a F2F to carried out if there is an intention to make an award.. They can of course also defer your assessment.
My recommendation is to contact the DWP office dealing with your claim and find out what they are going to do, that way you won't be left worrying about what might happen.
