I have been given a date for assessment for ESA renewal but the appointment I have been given is in Southampton which will take forever to get to as I don't drive. I live in Portsmouth where there is one about 20 mins from me. Will I be able to change the venue or is it set in stone?

Providing this is the first appointment you have received then you can move it but you will need to attend the new one or risk you claim being closed so arrange the new one while you are on the phone to make sure it is suitable for you.
