can you help re new ruling on mental health? if somebody is unable to go out at all due to mental health problems i.e. agoraphbia because of overwhelming distress, how many points should they get under the new ruling? I tried to read the new court ruling but it wasnt very clear

If you are unable to leave your home then you are assessing yourself as meeting Descriptor (e) of the Going Out activity for a score of 10 points. This Descriptor was not effect by the "new" rulings.
