Hello, I have been awarded standard rate care and enhanced mobility on PIP for 4 years, i was on high rate care and high rate mobility on DLA for indefinite period just 2 questions really, 1 my award letter says i can prepare and cook a meal unaided this is not true i stated on my PIP application i have all my meals cooked for me and told the assessor the same thing, 2 the award for 4 years seems wrong to me as the doctors letter and other documents i sent with the claim clearly states that my condition is degenerative ......what is the amount of people being downgraded after a mandatory reconsideration and is it worth me making a mandatory reconsideration call. thhanks
Can you reasonably see where you would score the extra points for an Enhanced Daily Living award?
Taking your post as made, why can't you prepare and cook a meal? You can't receive points for something you do not do, only something that you cannot do?
