Hi, I went to my local jobcentre plus a few days ago. The information that I was given regarding when I was last claiming the Support element of ESA is totally different from the information I got over the phone from DWP - ESA department!: At the jobcentre an employee 'read' from my file that I was in the support group in 2014. When I spoke to the DWP - ESA department 'they' stated that I have been in the WRAG - ESA since 2012!! I have not got any paperwork that details any of the above information. What I need to know is can I get a copy of the information from my local jobcentre plus? when I asked this they said NO??
