EAS50 form filling was created by bbzpda

Starting my ESA50.

The online version says use black ink AND IN CAPITALS at start.

Do they mean that for whole form?

Reading long text descriptions of my condition that are all in CAPITALS must be harder for the decision makers.

No that's only if it is hand written although I would stick to black text.
