Sent off both my ESA and Carers Allowance forms on Wednesday. Tracked and signed delivery, as I know they claim to lose letters.
Both signed for.
I had a fright this morning when the postman knocked with a sign-for letter from DWP. I panicked and assumed they had sent it straight back because I had forgotten to sign it.
But, no. They had actually returned the financial statements I put in with the CA form. There was even a compliment slip!
Never had this kind of response from ESA.
Obviously different teams.
