I had my pip review assessment last week and I have requested a copy of the asessors report from dwp ,but they have said I have to wait for a decision before requesting a copy of the assessment report ?? , Is this right ?

No, it's not correct there is no reason why the claimant should not have access to the report before the Decision is made but if you are in Northern Ireland, then I am afraid you are not going to get the Benefit Agency to change their minds, if you are on the UK mainland then try ringing again it should be possible to to get the report.
