My full name is showing, how can I stop it?
There are two factors that decide whether a Paper Based Review will done.
First and most importantly, is there sufficient information in and with the claimants claim form for a recommendation to be made to the DWP.
Secondly is the claimant at risk of harm if a face to face is required.
Paper Based Reviews are rare and you will need up to date evidence to have any chance of getting one.
