Well as others have letter arrived today asking me to phone for pip application,on indefinite dla award at the moment,should I call straight away or wait till nearer the time 26/7/2018 as I have a consultants appointment at the hospital on the 17 of the month ,thanks

There's no advantage to phoning early and delaying the call may allow you to gather additional evidence just don't leave it until the last day.
