I have an appeal hearing on Monday, It is about PIP mobility I have both a physical problem with my leg, I cannot walk more than 20 metres, and a psychological problem with navigation awarded 4 points. The issue is MH. I do not understand the guidance the DWP has issued. I haven't been able to find a representative but have got a support worker to help me to the Tribunal. I F2F everything has been done on the papers and medical evidence has been submitted. What do I do now
If your appeal is on Monday then there isn't anuything practical that you can do.
You say you are struggling with the DWP guidance, basically this boils down into to options; either you cannot go out or if you can, then you cannot follow a route to a destination, which do you have a problem with?
