Hi I am struggling with the whole situation of the new CTR scheme brought in this year.
I was not charged until 2013 due to IS disability, and when ESA came in formally in 2012 I was then charged some years for being in the support group, and some needed paying at 75%.
I am very confused about the situation as after speaking with Bradford Council I was advised by one person I should be receiving 100% discount, then by another that I should be paying 70% .
Would anyone else please be able to help out with this issue as I am owed £100 s backdated overpayments.
