Just had a thought about the reasesments for PIP I lost my mobility car when I was assessed for PIP been a Pensioner as I understand we cannot apply for motorbility when you are a pensioner is this correct still believe the face to face had made disicion before I saw her she tried to make me do something I find nearly impossible to do

If you had an award of DLA when invited to claim PIP then you can receive a Mobility award on transfer even if you were 65 or older at that time as the Transfer legislation allows for this.
You cannot make a new claim for PIP if you are 65 or older.
You cannot receive an increased award of PIP Mobility once you are 65 or older.
