What will help to put in my claim pack

Hi, I am looking for some information. I just got my pip claim pack in. I am on higher rate mobility and mid rate care indef. I have had arthritis since I was 2 years old I am now 24 and have rheumatoid. I struggle with daily things and getting around a lot! I have been stressing about this letter coming in for a long time.

Can anyone give me any information on what to send away or what will help my claim?
