My full name is showing, how can I stop it?
We are limited in the advice we can give with regard to appeals to the UTT as they depend heavily on the papers submitted as part of the appeal and the Judge's Statement of Reasons.
Appeals can only be made on the basis of an Error of Law being made in regard to the Decision, not because you disagree with that Decision.
What is an Error of Law? If you have any specific questions I'll try to answer them. Reply to this post.
