I have a received a form PIP.1043 which is an award review form 'making sure your award is right.'
just wondering if this is to do with the national review they had to do as some people were not getting as much as they should for MH points.
I am so wary of writing the wrong thing. My functioning is actually worse than when I was awarded PIP (standard rate for daily functioning) . But I had such a battle for them to believe me due to my dissociative disorder where I can seem perfectly fine but it's not how I actually am.
Anyway, can you advise me about what this form is and any tips on completing - of course I'll use your PIP guide like always but this form is a bit different with 'easier, harder or no change' questions.
I suppose it could help me get higher rate?

This is nothing to do with the review of existing PIP awards, your claim is being reassessed.
I assume that your existing award ends in about a year, nearly all PIP claims are reassessed 12 months in advance of it ending using the AR1 Review form.
Although the form is different this is a full review of your claim, the criteria is the same and the Decision that results from this will supersede your existing award, whatever it is.
