Just an update. My sister got her paper based review. It only took 4 weeks of countless phone calls and letters to have the F2F called off 2 days before it was booked. And the intervention of her MP. And letters from her GP and MS nurse, which they ignored. And the DWP Parliamentary Liaison Officer. And her MS nurse again, phoning them with the answers to about 10 questions that were already answered on the form in detail. Apparently they wanted to hear it 'from a professional' Which means whatever information you give on the form will be ignored if they feel like it, no matter how detailed and evidence supported. So a PBR is possible, just be prepared to spend lots of time, phone calls, letter-writing, stress, tears and disappointment to possibly achieve success. Good luck, all the best and thanks to Gordon.
