Dear M, Am inspired by reading about your courage. Please keep fighting, for all of us in a similar situation. I shall be 71 at the end of the year, still on D.L.A. and have just missed the PIP transfers because I was 65 before April 2013. The govt. are still undecided as to what to do with us and it would not surprise me at all if they start sending me and others my age for PIP assessments. I joined this site to keep up to date with the benefit system for myself. Currently I am trying to help a 66 year old friend who failed her PIP transfer. I have accompanied other friends to various ESA and PIP face to face assessments. It makes a change from feeling as useful as a chocolate teapot. Please, M, hit 'em where it hurts, because it costs the govt. a lot of money to have to fund all these assessments and court cases.
