ESA113 sent to GP was created by Poppy
Hi there I have been told that a esa113 has been sent to my GP because they have not received any extra evidence. I sent the form back recorded delivery signed for. they have received my form but say not the extra evidence. I posted approx 30 A4 sheets of extra evidence in a large envelope. What do you think they have done with this evidence and what is a ESA113 thanks.
