Hi all, just a quick question.If you have made three journeys for medical reasons with someone else in the last 2 years, would this still be considered as housebound?
I would think so but you are looking at the requirement from the wrong direction the test is
e. Cannot undertake any journey because it would cause overwhelming psychological distress to the claimant. 10 points.
So it's not that you haven't been out but why you cannot go out. As an example; I have not been out of my house for three months but that is as much to do with the fact that I have nowhere to go as my walking problems.
