We have received another pip form only 6 months after the previous dla to pip decision was confirmed as enhanced for both care and mobility for 10 years. Why would this be? My partner is now very stressed again.
If you have a ten-year award then there should be no reason for a new form to be issued unless the DWP believe that there has been a Change of Circumstances.
You need to contact the DWP office dealing with your claim to find out what is going on.
