Earlier this year, following my ESA reassessment, I was advised by the DWP that I would not have to have any more reassessments. I was so relieved and happy not to have to go through this stressful proceedure again. However, I recently read that my postcode will be migrating to UC from next July. Please could you tell me if I'll have to complete a UC50 form. Many thanks for your help. Alec
Nobody is being moved to UC at the moment, the general migration of claimants may start next year but at the moment that seems ambitious. Only Income Related ESA claimants are being moved to UC, at the moment it is not clear how this will be done and in particular whether reassessment will be required.
