Hi Everyone, Well today my husband got his letter with the decision about his ESA after his f2f. He has been awarded the ESA and is in the support group, which he was in before anyway, could someone tell me how we can find out if the decision is for 6mth 1yr or longer please and if we can ask for a copy of the reason they came to that decision, thank you
If you contact the DWP office dealing with your claim then they can tell you when your husband is likely to be reassessed. Ask for a copy of the assessment report (ESA85) it is the best document to explain how the award was made.
