New PIP Reviewform was created by whitee
I have received the new review PIP form. They have changed some of the questions i.e. Communicating has become 'Speaking to people, hearing and understanding what they say and being understood. Q 13 'Going Out' has become 'Planning and following a route to another place'. Do you still need a copy? My CPN filled out the new form for me and has given lots of medical evidence but didn't know what the descriptor were. Have anyone else filled this form in please that could help?

I don't know if we still need a copy of the new AR1 form but it can do no harm for you to email the office with a copy.
I'm a little bit concerned when you say that your CPN has filled in the form without any knowledge of the Descriptors!
The Descriptors are as they were when you filled in your PIP2.
The current PIP Claim guide does include information about completing the new version of the AR1.

Hello Gordon, Thank you for your reply. My CPN only filled it in because she couldn't get anyone else to do so and I could not do it myself. I did take all the previous answers and statements with me but she didn't have the time to read through them all. (I didn't fill it in myself before) As I said I have lots of medical evidence since the previous form and she said it should be enough. My family member and very close friend said they will do a support letter for me. Will this be accepted by DWP? Thanks. This is my first post.

Yes, the letter(s) should be accepted, the need to include their names and addresses as if they were writing to the DWP, how they know you and how often they see you, what problems they have seen you have with the PIP activities and lastly they need to attest that the information is accurate to the best of their abilities and sign the letter.
