Hi I was awarded PIP back in 2016 for 3 years. I’ve had a review form a few days ago. What’s the best way to approach this? Do I need to go into as much detail as my original application. Will they refer to evidence already sent or should I re send ? I had surgery May 17 resulting in serious complications so my situation is probably worse than before plus I am now more down and depressed as ever owing to now having 3 stoma bags etc. I don’t know where to start completing this form and time is passing, I must get on it.
